Mr. Heppt has over 20 years experience representing and advising clients in complex litigation, arbitrations, regulatory investigations and a variety of business transactions. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association (former member of the Litigation Committee; former member of the Professional Discipline Committee; present member of the Professional Responsibility Committee), the New York State Bar Association (member Professional Liability Committee), the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
